Erika Salazar, Senior Producer
Erika, Senior Producer for Voices, is both a producer and journalist. She makes sure our video production projects are delivered fresh and on time.
She graduated with a degree in Social Communication and Journalism, and currently holds a Master in Journalism from Florida International University.
She kicked off her career as a reporter for Canal Caracol, Colombia. The nation's second largest network, and later joined the Telemundo team as a digital content creator. Before joining Voices Inc, she was content, digital programming manager for Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Erika is one leading lady, and we're fortunate to have her on the team!
Mariana Israel, Managing Editor
Mariana is another of our women who lead. She is a Managing Editor and is in charge of developing editorial calendars, content, manages our team of writers, and ensures that every 'i' is dotted and 't' crossed.
Mariana is a woman who delivers! She graduated with Honors in Social Communications from the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, and has two postgraduate degrees on Scientific, Medical, and Environmental Communication, and a second degree in Digital Journalism.
As if that wasn't enough, she also enjoys attending seminars and courses in screenwriting.
She's been a contributing writer/editor for several large publications in Argentina such as Clarín, Perfil, and La Nación.
Maxx Guetta, Senior Editor
Maxx Guetta is the max in his field. He started as a web editor at Yahoo en Español, later becoming a journalist for Telemundo, and evolving into On-Air Talent and reporter for the network.
For the last 12 years, Maxx was the radio and television host for three World Cups, the 2009 Beijing Olympics, digital show host of the 2010 & 2014 Billboards Music Awards, as well as host of FM Latina's "Maxx Vale Tarde."
Maxx is in charge of optimizing content engagement for our social networks.
Maribel Barros, Senior Editor
Maribel is one of our Senior Editors with an eagle eye for content curation. She graduated with a degree in Communications with a focus in Digital Media.
She started her career as a translator for Yahoo, moving on to product development, and later as a Community Manager for Yahoo Answers, and continued to collaborate with Yahoo until she met us at Voices.
She's awesome when she's not editing she's working as a Craniosacral Therapist, so you know you're in great hands.
Pilar Tapia, Senior Editor
Voices Inc is about working with women who lead like our Senior Editor, Pilar Tapia.
She's a veteran journalist who has collaborated with international publications La Nación, Ohlalá and worked at renowned tech leaders like Google.
Pilar holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Journalism.
Abraham Monterrosas, Senior Editor
Abraham is one of our superstars Senior Editors. We're very lucky to have him on our team. He has a degree in Communications Sciences from UNAM (Mexico), where he graduated with honors, and later obtained a post-graduate degree in Social Work.
Abraham is a man of multiple talents and has a background in digital journalism, literary creation, photography, social media, and speaks sign language.
As if that wasn't enough, he is currently completing a second degree in Psychology.
Bárbara Asnaghi, Senior Editor
We live by the words the future is female, and Bárbara embodies every virtue of the meaning behind that phrase.
She is a journalist, editor, literary author, digital content writer, and screenwriter.
She has worked as producer and content writer for Radio La Plata, has lived in Italy, Ireland, Spain, and has worked for English Media.

Cintia Saporito, Senior Writer
Cintia Saporito is one remarkable woman. Not only does she write amazing content for us, but she brings her sociologist background to our journalistic projects.
Cintia is a known writer of national publications such as KidsNews and has developed content for companies like Coca-Cola.
When she's not busy redacting content, she is both a teacher and student of Psychology in Argentina.

Gonzalo is our quintessential roaming writer. One of his strengths is interviewing public figures. He got his start at a Public Relations Agency where he helped organize notable music festivals.
In his downtime, he's rocking out to the tunes of his guitar and has been a staple in Buenos Aires' music scene.
Lara Castillo, Writer
Lara is our content writer for trends, travel, entertainment, and everything pop culture.
She holds a degree in Screenplay Writing as well as a Social Anthropology and Modern Literature degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
She's held roles as a creative content writer for platforms such as Yahoo, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Revista Vogue among many more.

Male Cleris, Writer
Male is another member of our writer's club. She helms from Getty Images Latin America and has excelled in journalism covering events such as São Paulo Fashion Week and the Davis Cup. She has worked as a copywriter for brands like Axe, Rexona, Topper, Lux, Lifebuoy, and Impulse.
She has worked in the Press and Journalism Department at Blanquiceleste S.A. (Racing Club) and as an Account Executive at agency Plan A.
Raúl Rodríguez Cota, Writer
Raúl Rodriguez is a member of our stellar writer's club. In 2016, he was selected by Televisa from 4,000 candidates for a grant to study TV screenwriting.
He studied Communication Sciences at Universidad del Valle de México and had had over a decade of experience working with broadcast and print media in Mexico and overseas.
